Sizing Guide
Find your perfect fit.
Minnemals are sized differently than conventional shoes β the wide toe box is shaped like a foot, not tapered to a point. Two minutes of measuring now saves a return later. Here's everything you need.
Step 1 β Measure your foot
-
Grab a piece of paper β any sheet works, as long as it's bigger than your foot.
-
Place your foot flat on the paper. Stand with your full weight on it β feet spread slightly when you stand, giving you the most accurate measurement.
-
Trace around your foot with a pen or pencil. Hold the pen straight up and down, not angled, for accuracy.
-
Mark the longest point. Draw a straight line from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. (This is often your second toe, not your big toe.)
-
Measure that line in inches or centimeters. Write it down.
-
Repeat for your other foot. Most people have one foot slightly larger. Always size for the larger foot.
Tip from Delaney, the founder: Measure in the afternoon or evening β feet swell slightly through the day, so an afternoon measurement gives you the truest size for all-day wear. Be sure to measure accurately (maybe even take the measurement a couple of times) as being off by only .5 CM can change the size recommendation!

Sizes are unisex β the same shoe fits both women and men. Women's and men's labels are provided for reference only.
The Stimulus line runs slightly big. If you're typically between sizes, size down. For example, if you're usually a women's 8.5β9, the size 8.5 will fit you best. If you're clear 9, go with the 9. When in doubt, always go off your foot measurement from the chart above.
Step 3 β Common questions
Sizing FAQ
The V2 has individual sizes β how does that differ from the V1 ranges?
The V2 offers individual half sizes at the smaller end (6.5 through 9.5) which makes it easier to find a precise fit. Larger sizes (10 and up) are still sold as ranges. This is one of the improvements we made based on V1 customer feedback. More sizes will continue to be added.
I wore a certain size in the V1 β what do I order in the V2?
The V2 offers more accurate sizing. If you wore a Women's 9β9.5 / Men's 8β8.5 in the V1, choose Women's 9.5 / Men's 8.5 in the V2. For the most accurate result, always use your foot measurement from the chart above rather than your old V1 size.
I have wide feet. Will these work for me?
Yes β and you'll likely love them more than any shoe you've worn. The wide toe box is shaped like an actual foot, not tapered to a narrow point. You don't need to size up for width. However, there are too many sizes and shapes of feet to get 'one size fits all'. In regards to other barefoot shoes, these are a medium width. We will be adding a 'wide line' in the future to be able to serve even more people.Β
Should I remove the insole for a better fit?
You can β the Stimulus V2 comes with a removable insole. If the shoe feels slightly snug across the top of your foot, try removing it. It creates more volume inside and brings your foot even closer to the ground, which many barefoot fans prefer.
My two feet are different sizes. What do I do?
Always size for your larger foot. The wide toe box gives your smaller foot plenty of comfortable room without feeling loose. If your second toe is longer than your big toe, size according to the second toe.
