SHIPPING & RETURNS

We hope you love your new shoes and already feel your foot strength growing with each step. But here's the thing about barefoot shoes: your feet need time to adapt and strengthen. The muscles that your old shoes let go to sleep have to wake back up, and that doesn't happen on the first walk to the mailbox. It happens over weeks.

So we're not going to ask you to decide in your living room. We're going to ask you to actually live in them.

THE 60-DAY FOOT STRENGTH TRIAL 

Effective for orders placed 6/24/26 and later.

We're a small, founder-run company, and we built this trial because we genuinely and confidently believe in the benefits these shoes have for your body. We'd rather you test that for yourself than take our word for it, so we're trusting you to give them an honest shot. 

Wear them. To the gym, to work, on the dog walk...everywhere, little by little! Give your feet the real adaptation period we talk about. If after 60 days your feet don't feel stronger, more balanced, and turns out you hate the way natural feels, send them back for a full refund - no hard feelings.

That means you can wear them outside and still return them. This isn't a try-them-on-the-carpet policy. It's a try-them-for-real policy.

How the trial works:

• The 60-Day Foot Strength Trial applies to your first pair, within 60 days of delivery.
• Return them with normal wear — we expect them to look worn, that's the point. We just ask that they're not damaged, destroyed, or excessively soiled beyond ordinary use.
• One trial pair per customer. (Additional pairs follow the standard return policy below.)
• Full refund to your original payment method once we receive them.

We can't put a worn pair back on the shelf as new, so trial returns get donated or to a discounted second-life program rather than back into inventory. That's the trade we're happy to make so you can test them honestly.

STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES (UNWORN)

Not the right size or just changed your mind? No problem.

• You have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to return unworn shoes in their original condition for a refund or exchange.
• This is the fastest path for sizing swaps- unworn pairs can be processed and reshipped quickly.

SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS

• At checkout, you'll have the option to add Checkout+ (package insurance and prepaid return label for any return or exchange). We highly recommend it. We do not profit from this, it directly funds the portal. 
• If you do not add the Checkout+ at checkout, you are responsible for return shipping.

Once your return is inspected and approved, you will receive a notification of the refund being processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for this processing.
