SHIPPING & RETURNS
We hope you love your new shoes and already feel your foot strength growing with each step. However, we know there's no one size fits all when it comes to footwear. We also know online ordering can be a pain, so we are here to make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible. Here's how it works:
- You have a 30 day return window, from the date of delivery, to return UNWORN shoes. Keyword there...you will not be eligible for a refund if you return a pair of shoes with signs of wear. They must be in the original condition that you go them in.
- You have the option to checkout+ insurance at checkout. We HIGHLY recommend doing this to get not only package insurance, but free shipping, and a prepaid label for returns/exchanges. We do not profit off of this fee.
- IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHECKOUT+ OPTION AT CHECKOUT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Secondary Exchanges or Returns
If you bought checkout+ and need additional return labels after your first prepaid one, you are responsible for the cost. To keep it simple, we will provide the return label and deduct the cost from your refund, or send an invoice if you are exchanging.
Once your return is inspected and approved, you will receive a notification of the refund being processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for this processing.
