Minnemals offers free shipping and returns in the U.S. & free shipping to Canada. For returns outside the U.S., the buyer is responsible for return shipping. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges. 

UNWORN SHOES RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Can't try them out because you need a different size? Please send back your unworn pair within 30 days for a free exchange or full refund if Minnemals are not right for you. Final sale items are not eligible for a return.

WHAT TO DO:

Please email info@minnemals.com with your order number and concern you have and we will take care of you! If eligible, you will be sent a prepaid return shipping label. After 30 days, the return label will be closed and invalid. Each order within the U.S. is eligible for one exchange or return with complimentary shipping. If you exchange a pair using your prepaid complimentary return label and decide to do a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping. You can choose to have this deducted from your refund, or pay for the label yourself.
